Set Up:
A simple passing warm-up drill. Line up 4 or 5 players Place one player about 10-15 yards away to create a triangle with the other players A player at the end of the line will start with the ball. Pass to the single player and he/she will wall pass to the next player in the line. Go through a full cycle. Players will rotate after each cycle Notes. In video players only used their weak leg. The player at the top of the pyramid can use one or botch feet for the wall pass. Try mixing it up. Players should always be running in place.
