Organization:

There are four different cone set ups and a curved cone line to sprint past (see the diagram above).

Description:

The player runs through four different cone setups before sprinting around the last line of cones to the finish.

1. Zig-zag

2. High Knees

3. Bounding

4. Figure-eight

Focus Points:

  • Proper Technique

  • Quick Feet

  • Sustained Effort.
