Explanation:
The two teams play 4v4 on a small field. When a player scores a goal or when a coach wants to reward a player for effort, the player comes off to the side of the field to try and score a goal versus the GK. If the shot is missed, the shooter must return the ball to the shooting area. The game is over when the shooting area is empty.
Coaching Points:
1. Approach the shot at a 45 degree angle to generate power.
2. Your approach should enable you to shoot at all four corners of the goal.
3. Try to get the GK moving along his goal line.
Progressions:
1. Move the goal further away from the shooting zone.
