Set Up:
Cones are set up in a diamond shape, with a line of cones stretched across the center. Player will pass and move around the diamond in a set pattern. Player 1 begins the drill by passing to Player 2 and sprinting to the open cone opposite him. Player 2 then passes across the diamond to Player 1 and follows his pass to that cone. Player 1 passes up to Player 3 and follows his own pass. From there, the drill changes direction, with Player 3 passing to Player 2 and then running to the open cone. After two minutes, a new player should rotate to Player 2's spot.
