Set Up:
Set up three cones in the center of the field, outside of the penalty area. Players dribble through the cones and take a quick shot just after clearing the last cone.
Coaching Points:
1. Players need to keep their head and eyes up.
2. The final touch needs to be precise for an accurate shot.
