Set Up:
There are eight players set up on a small field with small goals, playing 4v4. During the game, each team designates one player to play goal, creating a 4v3 advantage for the attacking team. The goalkeeper may not use his hands, and each defender takes a turn at playing goal. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. The defender designated as goalkeeper must direct the other three defenders.
2. Defend by pressing forward or dropping back as a group. Be on the same page.
3. When the point of attack changes, the weak side defender must drop into the center.
Progressions:
1. The attackers must shoot within five passes.
