Set Up:
Three goals are set up in a triangle. Teams of two players start on the posts of each goal. To begin play, the Feeder sends a ball into the center. each team tries to win the ball and score in one of their opponents' goals. A running score is kept for each team during play. The Feeder can vary the type of service he makes during the drill (air ball, bouncing ball, ground ball).
