This is a really simple dribbling drill where we just dribbling down to the cone and back.
- Use the inside and outside of our foot.
- Use the right foot to the far cone and our left foot coming back.
- Get as many touches on the ball as possible.
- Go for quantity of touches and not speed.
- Get low and in athletic position.
