Set up two groups of players. The 1v1 starts with a pass from the defender to the attacker. The attacker tries to score on the large goal (with GK), and the defender can score on two small goals after winning the ball. Switch positions after turn. Rotate goalkeeper after couple minutes or the attacker becomes the goalkeeper, and the goalkeeper becomes a defender.
