Organization:

Area: 10y x 15y

Two players are 1v1 on the small field with bouncers on the end line. The attacker looks to keep ball possession by using the bouncers. Switch players every 90 seconds. Make sure to have plenty of balls around the field. Attackers score a point when he moves the ball from one bouncer to the other without losing possession. The bouncers cannot pass the ball to each other.

• Turning technique

• 1v1 moves

• 1v1 defending technique

• Movement after pass to get open 

Variation:

2v2 or 3v3 with bouncers.
