Organization:

Pairs of players start about 30 yards from goal, with the Feeder standing just behind them.

Description:

The defender starts just behind the attacker, both players standing with their legs open and looking straight ahead. The Feeder begins the drill by rolling the ball thru the players' legs, leading the attacker to goal with the pass. Both players can start running as soon as they see the ball. Play continues 1v1 to goal from there.

Tips:

• The Feeder should roll the ball thru their legs as opposed to kicking it. Otherwise the players will start running with the sound instead of the sight of the ball.

• The GK also has to be careful not to give anything away.
