Organization:

Set up four hurdles leading to the agility ladder, and place cone triangles on either side of the ladder.  

Description:

The player jumps the small hurdles, moving forward, left, forward, and right. Then he does part of the agility ladder before moving left to circle the cone triangle. From there, he returns to the ladder for more agility before moving right to circle the other triangle. Finally, he finishes the ladder and sprints away.
