Set Up:
Place two cones five yards apart at the start. From the end of those two cones, make three short cone lines (three cones each) that go up, over, and up again.
Description:
Part One – Quick steps over the first cone, then jump past the second cone. Then take two quick steps over the remaining cones.
Part Two – Same pattern as Part One, but instead stepping over the first cone, you circle the first cone with quick steps.
Part Three - Same pattern as Part One, but instead stepping over the first cone, you make two-footed jumps over the first cone.
