Set Up:
Place three cones in a horizontal line. At the end of that line, set up four cones in a vertical line.
Description:
Part One: Slalom through the first three cones by stepping on the ball and rolling it around the cones with each step. Then dribble forward through the next four cones, using the inside/outside of your right foot.
Part Two: Same as part one, but now use the left foot to dribble forward instead of the right.
Focus Points:
- High knees during the first part.
- Reach around the ball in part two to cut it sharply in and out.
