Organization:

Area of 12 x 24. 3v3 plus two neutral players on each side of the grid. When a team has ball possession they play 5v3. A point is scored after 8 consecutive passes. Also, a point is scored when the ball goes from one neutral player to the other neutral player.

Transition: 

• Quick reaction after losing the ball.

• Explode and quick first pass in transition.
